Lessons catered to your tastes (pun intended), ranging from fresh new ways to prepare greens and grains, to making healthier alternatives to your favorite recipes, to baking gluten and/or dairy free or raw desserts.

Gather your friends for a cooking class. We’ll talk about ingredients, kitchen tools and techniques and what foods are good for what. I’ll show you how to make delicious, beautiful and healthy dishes that you can make for yourself or for a crowd. You’ll also get copies of the recipes to take home.
