Yesterday NASA’s first female astronaut Sally Ride died at the age of 61 from pancreatic cancer.

Her leadership, quest for truth and self-expression are exhibited in her birth numerology.

Her full birthdate is 5.26.1951 which adds up to 29/11. The number 11 is the first Master Number, a higher vibration of 2. Its keywords are altruism and community. It is one of the most difficult vibrations because the demand for high standards is constant as once searches for truth.

Her day of birth is the 26th. This number adds up to 8, the infinity symbol, which suggests Sally is a leader. She died on July 23, 2012 a 17/8 Universal Day. When you see numbers repeated in a person’s blueprint, it tends to magnify them. For Sally, the 8 signifies leaving behind a legacy. NASA’s Administrator Charles Bolden told the press of Ride, “The nation has lost one of it’s finest leaders, teachers and explorers.” Sally was a professor of physics at the University of California at San Diego.

Sally was in an 18/9 personal year and a 25/7 personal month when she died. The 18/9 is about endings and culminations. The 25/7 is about spiritual insight and being more introspective, almost like being on a sabbatical. Sally died at the age of 61. 61 adds up to 7. Again notice how the number 7, in both 25/7 and 61/7, is repeated.

July 23, 2012 was a 30/3 personal day for Sally. This is important because Sally’s full birth name, Sally Kristen Ride, adds up to 30/3 – the number of creative, joyful expression, speaking, and writing. Sally is the author of five science books written for children. This means that Sally fulfilled her destiny on the day she died.

May Sally Ride rest in peace and continue to “recharge her batteries” wherever her journey lead her.
